Sure, is not game breaking at all tho.

Basically since you can supervise the first and second dish without any mayor penalty, if the are both safe, and since the chef stops cooking if you have 2 plates, you can discard the 3rd after watching the 4th completely to check if it's safe and repeat. I was able to get to plate 20 doing this.

Oh interesting, I already knew a strategy like that existed but I left it in because I assumed that stopping his cooking was suboptimal and you wouldn't be able to get as high of a score. 20 is a lot higher than I expected though, considering my personal best with perfect gameplay was 21.
