Normally I stay out of this, but...you used AI to write a game that plays tic-tac-toe? In the 80s someone literally built a perfect tic-tac-toe player out of Tinkertoys (https://constructingmodernknowledge.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/TinkerToy-Com...). My question is, seriously, why? The best reason to write a game that plays tic-tac-toe is as an experiment in learning how to code, and having AI write it for you defeats even that. So: what made you want to use AI to write this game?
Thanks for the interesting question!
I'm not really trying to learn coding through this project.
I'm doing a challenge called "100 DAYS 100 AI GAMES" where I'm trying to make 100 games using AI, with only an iPhone.
I have almost no game development knowledge, so I'm interested in seeing how far I can actually get with AI as my development partner.
I chose tic-tac-toe because it's a very simple game, which makes it a good test of how AI can handle things like game logic, CPU behavior, UI, and difficulty levels.
And honestly, I'm also just curious about what will happen if I keep doing this for 100 days.
The goal isn't to prove that AI can replace learning to code.
It's more like an experiment:
What can someone with almost no coding knowledge actually create with AI?
And that Tinkertoy example is really cool!
Thanks for sharing it!
