I tested the web version myself on Vivaldi, but I wasn't able to reproduce the scaling/text issues you experienced, so I'm not sure yet what caused it. I am looking into it. I first started playing using a 4K monitor, and the text was small enough that I had trouble reading it and it didn't scale well in full screen. I then tried playing it on a 1080p monitor, which made it more readable, if still a little small, at the default size. It scaled up better on the 1080p monitor, but it still didn't feel like it was scaling well. I'm not sure if this helps at all, but hopefully it'll give you something.
