I do! I believe I was doing the second puzzle with the stones that you have to carry, with the current of water and the pillars. I dropped the stone where the breathing tube box was to the right of the pillars and after i dropped it i had also accidentally disconnected from the air tube and somehow ran out of breath there. After I dropped the stone, it glitched and disappeared maybe through the floor. So, dropped stone on breathing tube square, passed out, stone disappeared and didnt respawn in its original spot, couldnt pass puzzle. Maybe a solution could be a button the player presses to reset a puzzle?
