You know what would be really cool? If options that require genitals you don't currently have wouldn't be grayed-out, but instead require mana, IF you already know the spell to get yourself ones, AND the corresponding shrine is active
Would certainly be a nice QoL feature, agreed. Unfortunately, it's not feasible to do at this point in production. I'll consider the possibility for a potential sequel.
