I'm a divine autarch and I'm being attacked by bandits. Who are an actual threat not just a joke. I will reiterate what I said in an earlier comment. It doesn't really feel special to get to the highest realm. Everything scales with you.
Edit: That said I was at this point before all the updates. I'll start a new life and see how it feels.
