I'm not currently putting teams together myself, though. The jam is open to solo developers and teams, so you can ask around in the community and see if someone wants to work with you.
Also, tell us a little more about your GTA-style game! I'd like to know what you have in mind and how you think it could work on a 16-bit-inspired console like the GRC.
