What exact scene?
Multiple, first after the police interrogation then it teleports you too the streets, it fades to black but the black overlay don't disappear then I am back on the streets. Then at the farm then I leave without doing the quest it says something about going back to the city but just stays on the black transition screen.
Alright found a few as well, for the interrogation you admitted to the crime, any deny scenes goes on fine, admit and it'll be stuck on a black screen, there's one with Cassie asking to meet Gin but that one was inconsistent.
Couldn't get the same outcome to anything related to Milk Farm, or Bell, so far nothing fixes it except loading even when you get to another area it doesn't do anything, leaving the zone proper like new ark>milk farm, seems to work, blindly walk around isn't that hard but still.
