there is no estimated release date yet, lot of things are still under development, specially the story mode. Once 1.0 version is done, I'm sorry but the game will no longer be free, and the android version will take a bit more time. There are places online where it will be free tho, since I cannot escape piracy hahahah so I just embraced it, if you don't really have the money don't sweat it and go for a pirate version, play it, and if you wish to support me one day you could purchase the game later.
