Not sure about the solo routes, but for the last poly star, you need to do the poly route from chapter two. pick lemonade, as Nilly's room needs to be dirty. after that, you need to hide Shamil in the bedroom, then accept taking him with you. Offer to share a bed with Nilly, and you'll get that star!
As for the two caramel stars, they are for a route that I believe hasn't been translated yet. The most recent version of the game got rid of them in the English list, but I do hope we get them! From what I've seen, they're pretty cute :p
If possible, could you let me know how to get the second witch star and the Gingerbrave star? I've been trying everything for those :(

For the star of Ginger Brave you must do the whole polyamorous route and first talk to ginger to go to the library, when you find vanilla deciding to leave him alone. Then you come back with ginger and he offers you to go to the city, you talk to shadow and van. There you complete the mini-games and when you meet vanilla you stay outside the tent, you are not going to talk to him. And so you unlock the star.
For the second of the witch, in the same route you have to protect Shadow and go after him. If I'm not mistaken, if you continue, the witch appears and you get the star.

Thank you for the help, but I seem to be having an issue. even after talking with Gingerbrave, I just end up getting the first witch star ending. Is there something I am missing? Something in the background I am meant to click? No matter which option I pick, Shadow Milk always leaves and I go wandering in the woods.
