Okay, I figured out three of them! For anyone else that couldn't figure it out, I'll give ya some help ;p
For the last Smilk ending, you need to start from the beginning. you need to wander the castle, but run from the blue apple. from there you need to pick up Nilly's book, answer Smilk correctly, stay, but refuse to take off the broach. Complete the next mini games correctly, then get the berry juice. From there, that will unlock the three endings I got. I won't spoil what to do, other than one needing the chocolate.

I still need help with the fourth Shadow Milk route, so if anyone is able to give me a hint, I would be forever grateful :3

yes. you just need to go into the settings to change the language

Would anyone be able to give a detailed walkthrough for these last routes? They are all I need to finish and I feel like I'm going insane repeating the same events trying to change something 

aww man, I'm sorry :( I assumed it would work because it let me do that between 3.3 and 3.4 
I shoulda figured it wouldn't be as easy between 2.0 and 3.0

Thank you for the help, but I seem to be having an issue. even after talking with Gingerbrave, I just end up getting the first witch star ending. Is there something I am missing? Something in the background I am meant to click? No matter which option I pick, Shadow Milk always leaves and I go wandering in the woods.

For the first pink star, you need to do the berry juice route and talk to only shadow milk. go into the forest, and you will get the star.

you should be able to go into the "game" folder and copy the "saves" folder into the new game

Not sure about the solo routes, but for the last poly star, you need to do the poly route from chapter two. pick lemonade, as Nilly's room needs to be dirty. after that, you need to hide Shamil in the bedroom, then accept taking him with you. Offer to share a bed with Nilly, and you'll get that star! 

As for the two caramel stars, they are for a route that I believe hasn't been translated yet. The most recent version of the game got rid of them in the English list, but I do hope we get them! From what I've seen, they're pretty cute :p

If possible, could you let me know how to get the second witch star and the Gingerbrave star? I've been trying everything for those :(
