Hahaha I'm surprised you got the third ending! There was absolutely no hint to it, and it's attainable by pure coincidence sometimes. Thanks for letting me know about the bug, I think it's because I never cleared/refresh the hallways on completion so they may be spawning on top of each other... oops.
As for the trolley one, yup! The only way of getting the coin is through that one particular anomaly :D I guess you just guessed the last digit of the code which is totally understandable looool
