That's correct and fixed in a newer version (next release coming to itch).
I was just about to ask about the changing booths, so they're bugged then? Thats why its so difficult to find available ones?
There is always one changing booth active at a time, but having Suki appear can block the next one spawning in the current free release. This specific case is fixed in the next update.
