will there be translations of the game in the future? more negotiation options? I'm very curious about how well done it is despite not being something purely made by people. I rarely find games as good as this one

I’ve made translations for version 0.3, but for now they’re pure AI slop, so I would still recommend playing in English. By “more negotiation options,” do you mean adding a 4th or 5th option in the dialogues, or generally more dialogue branching? For version 0.2 I just added more content - a few new dialogues with options, but without branching.
