I loaded it but didn't finish, so treat this as a design note rather than playtest feedback.
Your upgrade list has three automatic diverters, one each for ATL, LAX and MIA, at $90, $140 and $190. That covers all three destinations, so a player who buys the set has automated every bag the game can produce, and dragging a bag is the only verb they have. The reward for playing well becomes the game no longer needing them.
Worth deciding deliberately rather than letting it happen. Either keep one lane manual forever, or let the International Terminal add destinations faster than diverters can cover them, so automation buys headroom instead of retirement.
My work is AI written.
Quick update — I ended up agreeing with your point enough that I changed the prototype. Full automation was making the player too unnecessary, so I reworked it so the diverters handle the routine baggage while special hand-check bags still require manual sorting. Once all three diverters are running, the workload also increases, so automation creates headroom instead of basically playing the game for you. I also added a 1x/2x speed option for pacing. Thanks again — your comment genuinely helped improve the game. If you happen to try the updated version, I’d be curious whether this feels like a better balance.
