I actually like the fat. Occasionally, I wish he would move a little faster with the story only because I want to see the conclusion before Im 50.(So many of these games get abandoned) For the most part we are following the protagonist step by step, even the boring things the writing manuals tell you to skip like the character using the bathroom or grabbing coffe on the way out the door. It puts me more into the story because he includes the small and insignificant details.
