sorry for the really late reply. the windows i’am using is windows 11, i don’t have any overlay app, it doesn’t even start up but i think i know why it doesn’t work. but just don’t how to fix it this pop up every single time i try to extract it

They suggest a few solutions, but the best way (in my opinion!) is to download and use 7zip. It's the best (better than winrar) and overcomes the path limit.
