This has been requested a few times and I agree it's nice quality of life. I think I'll make it so you unlock a quick add button for any recipe after you make it manually at least once.
I'm glad you're excited about the update! The good news is that the new content is basically all done. Now I am just doing another playthrough to check for bugs, and adding some final polish before uploading.
