Update, 11 September: the first public build had a problem with the AI provider integration, so conversations could fail instead of giving a reply. Sorry if you tried it and got stuck. I uploaded a new Windows build (6f531ad) to fix this. Please download the updated exe before trying again.
If you have a few minutes, could you talk to one villager and ask a follow-up question? Did you get a useful reply, and did the conversation stay consistent? If it still fails, please tell me what happened or share the error message, without any API keys or personal information.
