Maybe it's just knowing Ashley loves pranks (and Maya, although not quite as pronounced as Ash is) and figuring "what prank would Ashley do that causes Metatron to get all "time for a revenge prank!" and having the MC go "uh...at what point did my group turn into prank wars R us?"
