I'd say in some way, having the extra crud around makes it more chaotic, especially if you did 4-players in the future and just had luggage get dump/overflow eventually onto the floor, it'd lead to folks wondering if a bag had been checked already or a strat where a player just takes bad bombs that another play threw in a pile elsewhere and put it back in the to-be-sorted pile... 😅
