I played the game shortly after I made the comment. I wasn't disappointed with the results. I rather enjoyed the various tfs. I haven't checked out the more extreme kink side ones. I am interested in the pool area personally.

I really enjoyed the pooltoy tf and the puzzle behind it. I haven't figured out all the things with it yet but I do intend to do more as a pooltoy.

The liquid goo tf is rather interesting. Figuring out the various places and getting the level 3 card. Laying eggs doesn't seem to do much currently. Outside of making more liquid goo's. But I'm sure there is more planned in the future for them! Also I do like egg laying.

I haven't explored the level 3 and 2 areas yet. I am very curious to see what those places have in them.

The Goo wolf tf is a fun introduction to the game. Showing the visor obstructing some of your vision. But giving you the ability to see goo puddles. Maybe would could even find a device that can let use see the puddles like the goo wolf can. Personally I would want that somewhat early on due to these puddles blending in perfectly most of the time. But maybe that's part of the challenge for early on.

The pig drone tf is interesting. Even having a way to escape and turn back should you find it. The pig thing isn't for me personally but I do think the execution of it is rather good. I do like drone and hypnosis so that part was fun for me.

Despite my previous comment on the bulge/nulge, I don't mind them. It's not a kink of mine but I do find it entertaining at the very least.

It did take me a while to figure out how to progress. Mostly because my silly self didn't notice the horizontal level 1 door underneath the pig drones. Mostly because I didn't realize that the lights meant the door was open. Since there was no animation or sounds when I got near them like pig drone rooms.

Now to my critic's of the game. While the game doesn't immediately end after tf. It seems very easy to get soft locked which in a way is a game over screen.

If you take too long as a goo wolf you can end up with another getting to you and locking you in an animation that doesn't seem to end. Or lead to anything else with the good wolf. So I am forced to restart when that happens. Personally I would love to have more involved with the goo wolf like being taken to a fun area where your fellow goo wolf live and have fun with each other or something else.

As the liquid goo using the goo matt can end up making you inanimate and I am pretty sure it's not possible to undo that so it's another reset situation. While talking about these goo forms it's worth mentioning that even with the ability to undo the transformation. There is still a high risk of being unable to progress because you blocked the part with goo. Forcing you to either tf into a good wolf again or reset. The more puddles you leave around the harder it becomes to progress. Though tbh my main annoyance is with how VERY slow the goo matt is. It gets rather annoying after the first time.

As the pooltoy tf you pop you seemingly aren't able to do anything to fix yourself but at least you can still move around. If you run out of air/gasses on the other hand. You are unable to move and most certainly are unable to fix the situation. Both seemingly ending in another reset. Idk what happens if you fill yourself with tons of air/gasses but I imagine it also results in popping.

The last one I can think of being the pig drone which can result in soft locks in two similar but different ways. First being that you go through the full calibration process and get teleported to that pen. Trapping you and preventing you from progressing. The second way is by taking too long to turn back. The system overrides your control as it warned you of doing previously for ignoring instructions. Teleporting you into a pen like the previous situation and then taking control of your character. Both situations needing a reset.

Now I am not saying these are inherently bad. But it does feel like a sudo game over screen. Not saying this is terrible. I think it would be nice to have some indication that we are unable to continue. That we have ended up with an ending of sorts. So people don't spend 30 minutes trying to see if they can do something to get out/undo their situation when they are unable to.

Or maybe having more challenging but not impossible ways of getting out and progressing in a different way as their new form. Like the pooltoy being able to inflate itself by spamming space bar should it run out of air. And finding a way to repair yourself after slowly rolling around and solving a puzzle if you popped (totally not biased towards the pooltoy tf or anything).

But maybe none of that is your intended vision for the game and that's fair.

Something I noticed while playing is how the animations can occasionally bug out and you can move while still being "in the animation." I'm sure this is planned to be fixed in the future, but I wanted to at least bring it up.

I do find it occasionally frustrating with how easy it is to waste limited resources like ammo with the gun. As there is seemingly no way to get more outside of whatever exists in the demo. Same thing with the medkits which can easily result in getting soft locked if you run out completely. Losing a LOT of progress as a result. It would be nice to have a semi renewable means of getting resources. But that might not be the intention for the game so I'll hold off on that. It would be nice to at least have a semi renewable way for the reversion process since being tf'd can happen an infinite amount of times.

With the spray being at the end of the demo. It's rather unhelpful in dealing with the goo puddles you leave behind throughout the demo. Because that forces a restart so by the time you get to the spray you won't really need it anymore. I assume in future updates this will change as the spray gets more opportunities to be useful. I haven't gotten the spray yet so idk if it's limited in uses or not but I do imagine it will be very valuable going forward. Or should it be introduced earlier in the game that would be nice. To help reduce situations you get soft locked in. But idk what your vision for the game is so maybe not.

I believe there was only one time I got soft flocked in a non-intended way. Which was in the pooltoy room beneath the first pooltoy tf area. This room being empty and I somehow got inside as a goo wolf. This was my final run after beating the demo and running out of medkits so I was unable to turn back and try the side content.

The last thing I noticed is how being transformed can let you bypass a lot of things. Once again referencing the pooltoys. The pooltoy puzzles timed thing can get bypasses by being transformed into a goo wolf (idk if other forms can do this). Letting you solve the puzzle at your leisure. Idk if this is intended or not so I figured I'd mention this.

I believe that is pretty much everything. Overall I really like the potential this game has. I personally am hoping to see more added to the tfs so they don't lead to very limited interactions when it's a sudo game over. It seems tools and ammo being very limited is the intention. Though it can be VERY punishing because of it. A bit too punishing in my opinion but that's mostly because we can't really save anywhere. So you end up losing all your progress if you end up in a sudo game over. I am very excited to see what you add to the interactions with the world and how the world interacts with you. Even interactions in the world with itself!

That's probably the longest comment I got so far! Thanks for a detailed feedback (And your other comments!)

There's no level 3 keycard in the game yet, or 2 for that matter. The thing you pick up as a slime is something else! It's a pendrive. It even has a use! Goo puddles are always visible, unless your monitor's color range is limited, which has been an issue and I am planning a solution that isn't just changing sprites.

Goo wolves are under a rework. A solution has been implemented and will be available in the next patch. It's a fun one, but I will keep it a secret for now.

Inanimate TFs are an extension of slime gameplay, so they aren't treated like other major TFs. At the same time, they aren't finished at all, just the Goo-Mat mechanic is implemented so far. Intended and emergent pooltoy softlocks are intended, as well as the scripted pig dronification outcomes. Blocking your path with goo leading to a type of emergent softlock is an intended feature.  Also Goo-Mat along credits get sped up by 20% in next patch too! I don't plan any indicator for reaching these states for various reasons. Avoiding these states while retaining the fun bits of your form is the main gameplay element. More interactions are coming for existing creatures in the far future, including progression paths to certain softlocks.

The trap pooltoy room is intended to trap you regardless of your form unless you are lightweight slime. The spray is far in the demo, but it's meant to be early in the game as a whole. There will be more copies of this item in the future. Yes, you can use forms to bypass puzzles or to have different fun issues in them! The one major exception here is that enemies don't react to non-intended forms yet, at least not all of them. A few more combinations will be added to prevent cases where it would seem like they should interact but don't yet.

I hope I didn't miss anything!

I will admit I have a habit of yapping a lot! I tend to say all that comes to mind. I did find out that the reason I couldn't see the puddles was because the default gamma was way too high. So the puddles and stuff blended in. Honestly I think it would be really cool to have the tfs lead down their own path of progression where the objective of the game changes in a way. like make the liquid goo could involve building a hive or something since they are focused around laying eggs to make more. As for the whole soft lock thing. I think the biggest frustration with it is down to having no saves so you are forced to fully restart every time. I love hearing what you are saying though!
