Really enjoyed the different character voices and sound design overall.
If I would could something I would do the following:

Make the world smaller. Half the size would fine and still interesting. As a detective game I enjoy talking to people more than platforming in the environment. Also there would less mandatory backtracking.

Auto close have the ability to close dialogue box with a keyboard key. Also adding a background to the dialogue box could make reading the text bit nicer as well no matter where the player is.
But besides those loved game and keep it up :D
