Would it be possible to grant every character a second opportunity for growth, and Hyper‑type characters an additional third chance? I wonder if this could be implemented. After all, the other character are equally endearing.
Sadly no. It would just add too much extra to be made for each character. Only Hyper and Prime characters will grow, with a few exceptions though - some Ultras will get an "alternate" image for their grown stage.
