what known bug? i personally havent seen that (from both host and participant sides) and expect the host hasn't made the results visible yet, for whatever reason.
the jam has a discord server; have you tried contacting them there? and, no one has posted anything about it in Community; you might want to wake the host up either way?
meanwhile, if there is a bug, one thing the host can try is, after making sure results are set to Visible, set Vote Ending Date/Time to something else (maybe 10-30 minutes into the future) and Save as effort to re-trigger?
