Overall pretty fun! He sure looks like a little guy to me, so I think it fits the first theme. The second theme maybe could have been explored a little bit more, since he doesn't change his expression during the game at all (he's just angry the whole time) but the other workers have a different expression than him so maybe that is what you were going for.
I do wish that I could have attacked in the upward or downward direction, it made landing my shots on the guys feel a little bit inconsistent to have to align with them horizontally.
