You won't find an Eternal Pose to Zou because the route is unlocked through Carrot's Vivre Card. Reach day 20, accept Ginrummy's wanted poster on the Bounty Board in Shells Town, find and board the Scorpion during a Raid at sea, defeat Ginrummy, and choose to free Carrot. Continue her story to unlock Zou and the new content there.
