Thank you for your feedback and for your beautiful comment, you can get worker from the initial resources then you cloud increase resources gathering at the beginning of the game by the main player as you wish and don't forget to hydrate the player and put bandage for hydration and health respectively and finally build your army and fight the colony. And that's it simply :) besides it depends on your strategy.
