-At Ruins, the stone on the hill cant be interacted with even though it has the yellow star icon.-At Sanctum, the room with the red haired book girl she is still there sleeping after she joined the group.-Also can't get into the cave a Ruins.

Yeah, also blocked at the cave entrance with the uninteractable stone at the hill as well.
