Can I ask how the longevity training is being applied? I don't think its working since I have the same lifespan before and after the update give or take the handful of wilderness insights gained since then
Unfortunately I don't seem to be able to reproduce the bug. If you are able to get me your save then I'll be able to diagnose it fairly quickly to figure out what is wrong.
Edit: My apologies, I didn't even answer your question. I made sure during the update that the longevity training is applied directly to your maximum lifespan rather than slowing down the rate that you age. The newer training is also supposed to apply gradually as you complete it rather than only giving you the years at the end. Any completed training from before the update should have been carried forward as well.

My reasoning was that the ordinary span is 60
Mortal Longevity Practices gave me 320
Imperial Teachings were
280 and 180 respectively
Add the 60 or so wilderness insights I have and I got the lifespan of 900. The 20% increase from the research should give me around 90 years if the imperial teachings were getting boosted.
