Game has a really bad latency problem for me on Windows 11 on my HP Insperon laptop. Dialogue runs at normal speed, but navigation is a chore as I have to wait 30+ seconds for icons to become clickable, and then stay hovered over them for a few seconds before it lights them up and makes a sound cue that they are chosen, and THEN I can click them. When I say navigation icons, I mean the circles, the map, and the words like "sleep" or "use computer" or "investigate". Animations are fine, however, so it makes zero sense it would be a graphic chip issue if it can run the CG animations but not a simple mouse-over highlight registry.

I have the same issue. Did you find a solution? I also have a windows 11 laptop. Even though it's not a gaming laptop, I don't see how it can't run this... I have played Skyrim, Alien: Isolation, RE2, etc on it.

Nope. This has happened to me in one other game and the dev had to fix it. Until it gets resolved, I simply stopped playing because I spend more time hovering over a button than I do reading text or enjoying the game, and to me that is more frustrating than fun.

I found the solution. Look at the most recent comment as of now.
