So, this is hard for me but I will attempt to approach this with kindness. When I first saw your comment my heart went warm and fuzzy like it always does when someone connects to what I make and also because I love it when other people connect to what I make by making something themselves. I very excitedely went to see what you made and then all my joy was drained when I saw the "Gemini AI" disclaimer. I cannot condone the use of AI in any way. This is a hard moral and political line for me that I will not cross. It's even sadder for me to see that you don't even need it. The art your work has can be easily found/made with public domain art. I'd like to encourage you to replace it with art that you make. If anything, good art is vulnerable art and a machine can't do vulnerability. Making good, vulnerable and exposing art is a skill like anything else, and all skills can be learnt. We are fortunate enough to be part of a community where many people, me included, would happily help you do this. More specifically, there are tons of resources for public domain art or photobashing (just two of my favourites, there are many more routes to take with art) for you to look at, learn from and be inspired by. So to summarise, thank you for reaching out but I encourage you to reach out even further.

Thank you very much for your feedback. I know that many people feel the same way you do, and to some extent, I feel the same too.

I did use AI for the images, for grammar corrections, and for translating the game into English. I’m not part of this community and I don’t really know anyone here. I used to play RPGs in person many years ago, and this is actually the first product I’ve ever published.

I’m not an artist, and I don’t know any artists personally. I also need some help with wording and grammar because I haven’t kept my vocabulary up to date, and my English is pretty rusty after finishing school 20 years ago.

I’m not saying this as an excuse, but if there are people willing to help me with the project, I’d genuinely be happy to accept their help. After all, there are only two images I need to replace: the cover and the hands.

I will take that step forward with the next updates, and my goal is to eventually remove the “Gemini AI” disclaimer completely.

But I’d like to ask you to take a step forward as well: would you be willing to give the actual game and its text a chance and evaluate them on their own?

Because those parts really are mine. The writing, the ideas, the mechanics, the game itself — that’s all my work.

I’d really appreciate it if you could look past the images for a moment and tell me what you think about the game itself. That’s the part I’m most proud of, and the part I’d genuinely love to hear your thoughts on.
