When you start up the game and click on "DLC INFO", does it show the voiced name DLC as "Installed"? If so, then when you start up character creation, you should see a big "VOICED NAME" button below your MC doll. When you click on it, at first it will only show "Jamie", but if you click on the letter groupings, like "ABCDEF", more names should appear. If you need more help, just let us know.
