1.Buy 3 burgers. Go to Lily's Realm map. Find and feed him those burgers. Go back to middle hall and go to left one again. Talk to him and choose option 1.
2.Find him in Taichi's home again. Talk to him. Now get a cloth for his ghost and return for another chat and he will be your assistant.
