Hello! Your plugin is so helpful and really straightforward to use. I was wondering if there is a way to make the animation of a tile go in 1-2-3-4-3-2-1 order?

Hey! That's great to read! I'm glad it's being useful to you.
The plugin was designed to make an animation loop, so I think for that being possible you'll have to repeat the 3-2 tiles after 4 in the tilesheet and make an animation with 6 tiles, then it will loop that way (1-2-3-4-3-2-then get back to 1 and start over).
