yeah... the eye is also just a neat extra equip and that dragon statue is its own side thing: after asking frode (and assuming you know the dragon's name after chatting with him enough), ask witer how to pray and use his way at the statue. you can offer labrador tea, the storybook (if you showed king harald the prince badge, but i do NOT recommend exchanging this for an item to replenish the bull temple pool's power once), or upgrade your pocket watch and dawnstar sachet.
