Our account says that since we're using direct payout, we don't need to do a tax interview. We haven't touched the prices since posting the projects.
The projects were made public when we posted them so I don't know why they wouldn't be indexed.
Projects can be removed from index for lots of reasons.
Temporary delisting for staff to check things.
Temporary delisting because of quarantine.
Issues with eglibility for indexing (no available download files is a big issue here. A project page without available files is no project.)
Intentional delisting by staff. This is rare. Usually Itch staff just takes a really long time (up to two months) to solve the temporary delistings. Your projects do not look like the things that get delisted on purpose.
If you collect your own payments, maybe there are issues. The problem is, that this is community support and not tech support.
And you do have to handle taxes somehow. Financial things can change slowly or expire.

If it does not work and there is no error message, you need to wait for answer from staff. And you should doublecheck your settings. For payments, some of those are not really obvious. There are lots of threads where people did not find relevant information. I remember one person that missed how the tax interview was expired.
