Do you remember what you did before the bug to happen?
In all levels there is a small chance of finding a secret chest (the one hidden in secret rooms) those rooms can be accessed by bumping the surrounding walls with a Molten Hammer or activating some special traps found in later levels.
Great find nevertheless, I think you are the first player to uncover the secrets rooms!
