The Clown face for the Stat blocks is superb. I'm not sure how I would employ them, but if I were running a spooky creepy oneshot, these would be the Fools I'd employ!
The mount, the balloon animals all really work well to make these an effective group of enemies if faced as a collective. Well done for cramming so much into a few pages.
