It's space bar, which is also stated when you use first key, which you can also see in the keybinds.json and in the settings. Right click to destroy is to prevent having a full inventory and being unable to pick a desired item.

Yes it is. You need to lose enough weight and then simply step on these white cushions near doors. Afterwards you'd want to use a yellow medkit to remove dronification loop from progressing, but currently that's only possible after you got the horny/drone state.
But that's a short window of opportunity as this state triggers only prior to the last task and I haven't yet reworked yellow medkits to work proactively rather than retroactively which is why they still work only after you got horny/drone state and don't work before preventing it.
