Hey, big fan, uhh the android version for the newest public version doesn't seem to be working on my device, I'm using a Kindle Fire Gen 10. It's not my storage because I have over 2GB free, so do you know the problem? And I have tried all the basic troubleshooting stuff. Didn't work. When it's almost done installing it says, "App not installed."
Hi! The good news is your device itself is fine - the game supports Kindle Fire tablets. The "App not installed" error at the very end of installation is almost always a storage issue, even when it looks like you have enough space. Here's why: the game's APK is about 1 GB, and during installation Android needs to hold both the downloaded file AND the unpacked game on internal storage at the same time. In practice that means you need around 3 GB of free space on internal storage specifically - an SD card doesn't count for this, and Fire tablets often show combined free space, which can be misleading.
So please try this:
- Go to Settings -> Storage on your Fire and check the Internal Storage number specifically (not the total).
- Free up space until you have at least 3 GB available there.
- Run the installation again.
