Nice one. What would be good is to give the archer a limitation on how it shoots and to make the sheep have some impact. This way, the ship has no impact on the game.
Also, when life is 0 noting is happening; maybe add a lose screen.
Music stops after some time; make sure you checked looping to have sound all the time!
