As the player, you'll be able to go nude wherever. For other characters around town, I could add a nude cheat/mode to enable that.
I think it could be an option like lipedema and other things that can be toogled and if it is on,then the news can show that nudity is accepted after a certain level of obesity has been reached in town or when you outgrow your clothes and need to run to the store for new ones,you can lose the towel and notice that not many people mind you being naked and you can either continue naked or go to a store to buy clothes that can fit you.
