How would that work? Move and strafe on one, turn on the other? Don’t you need a free hand to press the fire button?
Yes, but some joysticks have a button on the stick itself, like a flight stick.

Two flight sticks, like a tank controller! The left button loops weapons from 1 to 4 and the right button shoots!
Of course you can switch the joysticks around depending on your preference.
