To memory, the only ones who do are explicitly the prostitute Molly, Hale if you give the requested item to Jack, and that's about it. Otherwise some Cthulhu and cult activity. You can choose to resist the advances of everyone or get real greedy and bang just about anything that moves if you know what you're doing. As far as romance goes, there are specific routes toward the ladies that can lead to you specific scenes. Hale has the most variation due to being corrupted by her influence in being more submissive or assertive. A real challenge to keep track of if you have been playing for a long while. There's a lot of text variety in the things you choose not to do and minor variations in between. Some of the romance is a bit better than the others.

Cute dog. But I think you gave up on the game a little too early. It's not like the MC is getting cucked or anything like that. If anything, it's a game that really rewards replaying it in different ways. It's not finished yet, but with the progress that's been made they're getting closer to the finish line. Regarding Hale, giving Jack the flower as requested means you lock yourself out of the Hale route and it's a scene you have to seek out if you really wanted to see it. Otherwise, this game has a nice rich text. And a prostitute is a prostitute, entirely optional and has no real affect on the story unless you feel like investing into her. It's one of the few games I'm aware of that really takes into account of who you pick and choose to interact with. The most appealing aspect to this game if you love Lovecraft style games, is the atmosphere and it really captures that feeling no less in an adult setting. But hey, if it's not for you that's understandable. Have a nice day.
Just to elaborate, the Hale scene only happens if you get the flower and choose to give it to Jack and find them together in the tool shed when you could always either: give it Hale yourself or to the doctor to get a Sanity restoring item if you don't want to pursue Hale. And Molly you just have to avoid the mill for the first day. You are still railing a married woman, a woman who has to use her body to survive, and various others I'm sure would blow you away if you gave the game a chance. But hey, if that's your principle I get it. You're missing out on some fine art to say the least over avoidable scenes in the first place.
To add to scottwolf said, you can disable it in the options in the "Erotism" menu, by unticking "peep scenes", so that it doesn't appear in your playthrough (there is only 2 scenes like this, although this is not cuckolding because the girls don't know you, just stuffs you can see as a result of some decisions.)
