I see. This doesn't sound like an issue with the game persay, but rather with macOS settings. I base this on a bit of research I did. You can try fixing missing permissions via Terminal.

This is most likely because the file is unsigned, so it's like a sort of security check.

Ren'py itself doesn't really require files to be signed, so it's usually not an issue.


Ill try that fix, I dont usually have this problem though and ive been able to run your previous versions just fine with no terminal changes needed.

I understand.
It's certainly possible. The thing is, I can't really affect the build process, and I use the same one I always have.

It's legitimately the only other thing I can think of as neither you nor I have done anything different than what we usually do.
