Hi, I don't think the moderator can handle this, as it sounds more like something the staff should look into.
The best thing to do is contact Itch support, since this forum is answered by the community and the moderator isn't a staff member, but a volunteer moderator from the community.
When you post here you are asking the community to help you, this is not a direct line of communication to site admins (that is support).
