Game is "Walk" but gameplay encourages you to not walk away from the starting point since the upgrades are in place structures. Also I don't think you can get all three in one run since you're already in the bottom quarter of your 3rd resource when it goes to 250.
Not much to comment on at this stage in development.
EDIT: Didn't realize you could run. Now I managed to get everything.
