Hello,

I bought your 8-directional top-down character pack; the download I received

is named "2D HD Character Knight". The eight-direction coverage and the

twenty-nine animations are unusually generous — thank you for the work.

I could not find licence terms on the store page or inside the files, so I

would like to confirm five things in writing. Where I write "the assets"

below, I mean everything included in the pack I purchased, not only the

Knight sheets:

  1. May I use these assets in a commercial game that I sell?

  2. Do you require credit? If so, what wording would you like?

  3. Is it fine for the art to ship inside the compiled game?

  4. May I edit the frames and ship the edited versions? Specifically, I tint

the sprite into three colour variants so players can tell the characters

apart, and I remove the white fringe left by the shadow layer.

  5. Is this permission permanent, and does it stay valid if I later move the

project into a company of my own, or sell or license the game to another

     party?

I ask about the last one only because I am putting the project's paperwork in

order, not because anything is planned. A short "yes" to each is all I need.

Thank you very much. I would be grateful for a reply.

Best regards,

HWAKSUNG OH
