I noped out of the game having packaged two pieces of meat and seeing trail of what might very well have been tomato sauce on the way to the meat grinder. But also, I'm not a fan of horror games, so me quitting early could be considered a testament to how effective the game as a horror was!

Trickery with lights getting turned off is one thing (and pretty standard in horror games), but I think what makes the game especially work is the audio design, with all these odd noises, heavy breathing and the like. I also saw some colour distortion which suggested something like hallucination, maybe? Amusingly enough, when it seemed like something I very much did't want to meat was approaching, I left the butchery room to the corridor, and when the door closed, I saw some pork-like (?) limbs phasing through. So yeah, whatever it is, it has a model.

The game could use clearer instructions. For example, when chopping at first I thought I needed to rapidly click the circles before the time runs out, when I in fact needed to press around the time the white area ran out. When I initially used the meat grinder, I was turning it the opposite way, to no effect. And then when packing meat it sort of seemed like I was supposed to draw a square with the mouse? But it was taking me a couple attempts, so I'm not sure. Also, the text hints were fairly small and took me a bit to notice; might have something to do with me playing the game on a 4K display.

Either way, it's a well made game, even if not quite my cup of tea. ^^
